OBOA is a proud ICC Preferred Provider of the International Code Council (ICC) Preferred Provider Program. ICC’s Preferred Provider Program recognizes and promotes educational courses focusing on the areas of construction codes, standards and guidelines, as well as building construction materials, products and methods.
