OBOA has reserved a block of rooms at a deeply discounted rate at our beautiful host venue, Salishan Coastal Lodge for our conference attendees. This is peak season for the property — rooms will go quickly, and the hotel will sell out — we encourage our members to reserve your room

Deadline: June 22 — After June 22 or whenever the block becomes full – whichever comes first – reservation requests will only be accepted on a rate and space available basis. Please note you will likely not get a room if you wait until the deadline (or at a significantly higher rate). Please confirm at the time of booking all fees and cancellation or other hotel/resort policies. OBOA does not accept any responsibility for resort policies and fees.
Earn ICC CEUs at the ABM and Pre–ABM Workshop
OBOA is a proud to be part of the International Code Council Preferred Provider Program (ICC PPP) network. All OBOA programs offer ICC Preferred Provider approved continuing education credit (CEUs). Attend our popular and high–quality programs to log hours for application or renewal of your ICC certifications. The use of Preferred Provider training is required as a condition of all certification renewals, so that classes you take through OBOA directly enhance your professional development and career growth. ICC certificate holders must obtain a specified number of CEUs every three years in order to maintain their certifications and a portion of these CEUs must be obtained through Preferred Provider or ICC training. OBOA offers an extensive year–round schedule of events for members and colleagues to earn their CEUs. OBOA provides certificates of attendance to those who complete the course and submits rosters of attendance to ICC. Each individual should maintain record of their participation in all CEU programs.
ABM ICC PPP CEUs: 1.0 (ten hours) | Workshop CEUs: 0.6 (6 hours)

Save $50 or $100 if you register by July 2 (per person/registration). The Wednesday Workshop is optional and separate registration fees from the ABM. If attending both the Workshop and ABM, please be sure to select both events on the form (all info on one form).
PRE–ABM WORKSHOP (Wednesday only):
- Workshop EARLY – before July 2: OBOA or OFMA Member: $295 | Non–Member: $395
- Workshop LATE – after July 2: OBOA or OFMA Member: $345 | Non–Member: $445
Pre–ABM registration fees include: In–person attendance at the full–day meeting with electronic session materials as provided by the speaker, coffee and refreshments and a hosted lunch, and excellent professional networking opportunities. This course also offers six contact hours of ICC Preferred Provider CEUs (0.6).
2026 ANNUAL BUSINESS MEETING (ABM) (Thursday–Friday):
- ABM EARLY – before July: Member: $595 | Non–Member: $795
- ABM LATE – after July 2: Member: $645 | Non–Member: $845
ABM registration fees include: attendance for the registered individual at all Thursday and Friday sessions and presentations, including the Opening Keynote, 2026 Awards Presentation, State of Oregon BCD Update, Industry and Association Updates, State and Committee Board Reports, OBOA Officers and Board Installation, ICC Report, all electronic session and onsite materials (as provided by the speakers), Lobbyist/Legislative Update, and Code Bowl. Hosted meals: Wednesday's Opening Welcome Reception, breakfast on Thursday and Friday, lunch on Thursday, and the Thursday Awards and Reception.

BONUS — Bring someone with you! Each full ABM registration includes one Companion/Spouse Social registration –– which includes attendance at receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evenings for one guest (no other meals or programming unless purchased separately). Please be sure to register your companion on the form (no additional fee, required for planning, badges, etc.).
