About this Virtual Institute

There are nine classes being offered during the 4-day event ranging from full-day (six hour) classes, half-day classes (three hours), and classes split over two days. Registration for each class is separate (six-hour classes need only one registration per person).

All classes will be held online in Zoom Meetings with multiple opportunities to ask questions and interact with the speaker. This is not just a flat recorded/on-demand program -- it's as good as it can be in our online world! Webinar access details and handouts will be emailed to participants two days prior to the class. We look forward to seeing you at the institute!

Support the 2021 OBOA Spring Institute — Sponsorship Opportunities are Available

Each below sponsorship is available for all nine classes throughout the institute -- so there are plenty of opportunities to support a particular class, speaker, or day. When registering your sponsorship, please indicate which class/day/speaker you would prefer (first-come, first-served).

Ways to Sponsor this Institute

  • Break Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- During each class/session, we will have several 5-minute breaks. Sponsorship of the break includes verbal recognition by the host, logo placement on our event webpage, opportunity to show a brief PowerPoint slideshow during the break (you provide), and acknowledgement on our website as a 2021 OBOA Spring Institute Sponsor for one year.

  • Survey Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- Immediately following each class, an email will be sent to all attendees that will contain a required follow-up survey. The survey will be required for attendees to complete in order to receive continuing education credits (CEUs) and their Certificate of Attendance. Sponsorship of the survey will include placement of your company logo in the survey email, on the header of the survey, verbal acknowledgement of your sponsorship during the session, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2021 OBOA Spring Institute Sponsor for one year.

  • Welcome/Intro Sponsor (Investment: $500) --  At the beginning of each session, we will have the speaker introduced. This sponsor will be able to welcome the presenter and class, verbally address the entire audience ("podium" time) for 1-2 minutes to talk about your company's latest products and services. Additional benefits include the emcee/OBOA Board President introducing you as our Welcome Sponsor, you will receive logo placement on our event webpage and throughout the meeting, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2021 OBOA Spring Institute Sponsor for one year.

  • Poll Question Sponsor (Investment: $500) -- There is an opportunity for a Poll Question to be posed to the attendees during each session. Sponsorship of a poll question allows for the sponsoring company to present the question (and answer choices) and say a few brief words about your company before the question is posed. Additional benefits include verbal recognition from the host during the meeting, logo placement on our event webpage, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2021 OBOA Spring Institute Sponsor for one year.

  • Universal Event Sponsor (Investment: $400) -- Want to show your awesome generous support of OBOA in an easy way? Be an Universal Event Sponsor! This sponsorship includes verbal recognition from the host during the meeting, logo placement on our event webpage, and acknowledgement on our website as a 2021 OBOA Spring Institute Sponsor for one year.
